"My family and I would like to thank you for the excellent care the MASA staff provided my father, mother and sister. As you may recall, my father who is 90 years old, my mother (age 82) and sister arrived in Oklahoma City via MASA from Louisiana on Sept. 7, 2005... ...My father was close to death - he had been scheduled for a pacemaker surgery at Ochsner's Clinic the Monday Katrina hit New Orleans. Naturally that did not happen... Our family doctor, Dr. Tim Jones, had pre-arranged for Dad to come to Oklahoma Heart hospital and for Mom and Lynne to go emergency at Mercy Hospital. MASA had an aircraft awaiting their arrival at the closest open facility which was Hammons Air at the Houma, LA airport. MASA also arranged for two ambulances to be waiting for their flight tom arrive at Wiley Post Airport here in Oklahoma City. The ambulances immediately transported my father to Oklahoma Heart Hospital and my mother and sister to Mercy Hospital... My family will always be grateful to each MASA associate for their life-saving kindness."

"We want to write you to let you know how lucky we were to have joined MASA on November 16, 2005. We were hoping we never had to use it. But it happened on December 29, 2005 in Sebring, Florida. Harold had a bad case of diabetes. We had to get back home to Michigan. We called MASA for help. It took one phone call. We wanted to know if our daughter from Michigan could be with us a couple of days before. So they flew her here to Florida to be with us.
MASA had all the information taken care of in the morning. Doctor release from hospital to doctor excepted to Muskegon Hackley Hospital, ground ambulance to Sebring airport, to Medical Air ambulance to Muskegon Michigan, then ground ambulance to hospital in Muskegon, Michigan.
I could not believe how fast it went. They also paid for gas & oil to get our car home.
Wonderful, wonderful. That's good insurance.

I required the services of MASA in October 2004, including an air ambulance to return me to my home after falling and breaking my hip while visiting friends over 1500 miles away. The personal customer service provided by your agent Eleanor was outstanding. She took an emergency situation, away from home and made it less stressful as she worked with us to help me get home. She dealt with doctors, hospitals and ambulance service at both ends of my journey to ensure all the details of the trip were properly arranged. I just cannot say enough about the detailed, reliable service provided not only in arranging the trip but during the trip. My husband and I were constantly impressed with the level of details provided from arranging the trip, to even having lunch waiting at the airport when our plane stopped to re-fuel. And the beautiful flowers that MASA had delivered to my hospital room were the "icing on the cake". MASA is without question, one of the best investments we have ever made and we recommend it highly".

Dear MASA,
I recently had medical problems in Brownsville Texas. I was in the emergency room in the hospital for a week and finally determined that I needed an operation. You people were really great in getting it arranged to fly me back to my home hospital in San Diego to my primary doctors. You also took care of taking my motorhome back to San Diego. I will very highly recommend the MASA service to everyone I talk to.

"It's hard to tell you how much I really appreciated your professionalism, kindness, caring and worry free flight you provided. I was terrified when I found out that my neck had been fractured in multiple places when I fell at our winter home in Texas. You provided me the safe delivery into my spine surgeon's hands in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The flight crew was great! I literally cried, when to my surprise, 1 hour after I was in my bed at the spinal unit, a beautiful floral bouquet was brought to my room from MASA". You are truly "flying angels".

My husband Jerry got sick in Florida in February and you got our son to Florida to drive our car home and air ambulance Jerry to the hospital in Flint, Michigan. This story could of ended much differently were it not for quick diagnosis and treatment. On March 27th, 2004, I was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident with another vehicle. After arriving at the local hospital, it became apparent that I could not receive the treatment I needed... In fact, I would have lost my leg... It is also possible I would have had surgery on my neck, which at the time the doctor on duty thought was broken. I requested to be moved to a trauma center that could treat all of my injuries professionally. Your Company responded immediately with ambulance service to your jet to fly me to the major trauma center in Puerto Rico, where I received top notch care. They were able to rebuild my leg and treat my other injuries. Also they found that I did not have a broken neck.
I have to say that by having your service, which I have carried for years hoping I would never need it, made it possible for me to get the care I needed. Without MASA, I would have been at the mercy of an ill-equipped and limited staffed hospital that would of performed unnecessary surgery on my neck and removed part of my leg because they did not have the means at the time to repair all of my injuries properly. Your team here was very professional. They lost no time whatsoever getting me to Puerto Rico and even contacted me after I returned to see how I was doing. You have no idea what this meant to me at the time during my recovery, to know that the people that helped me actually cared how I was doing.
Thank-you from all of my heart for making your services available in my area. Without it I would be much worse off the rest of my life.

In March of this year I was involved in a motorcycle accident in which I sustained multiple facial and head injuries and several other fractures on my wrists and legs.
